The County of MarinLITA (Love is the Answer)
Booth179
LITA (Love is the Answer) was built on the belief that love and companionship are essential to well-being. For over fifty years, LITA has brought warmth, connection, and community to lonely and socially isolated older adults in Marin county, ensuring they feel seen, heard, understood, and valued. LITA volunteers offer one hour a week, with a 6-month minimum commitment. These dedicated volunteers bring personal friendships, may bring their friendly dog, or even play music.
