Exhibit Space Rental Rates
Exhibit spaces are of three types, priced as shown below: Standard Booth, Corner Booth, and Tabletop. Exhibitors may purchase up to two exhibit spaces in one order. See the Exhibits Floor Plan for booth locations.

Dates and Deadlines
All exhibit space is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit Space Applications will open in phases, with Sponsors Only the first week, Previous Exhibitors the second week, and All Others the third week and beyond.
Exhibitor applications close when all exhibit space is sold. Apply Early - Exhibit space will sell out quickly.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment for your exhibit space and advertising must be made by credit card.
Exhibit space cancellations are refunded only if we find a replacement exhibitor for your space. A $50 cancellation fee is deducted from all exhibit space cancellations. Cancellations after August 31 will not be refunded. Exhibitors who do not check in at the Exhibit Hall by 3:00 pm on setup day will forfeit their exhibit space and exhibit space payment.
We will refund the cost of website ads that have not yet been placed on the website.
