The Marin Senior Fair and its governing nonprofit organization are committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment for all participants. This policy applies to every aspect of our operations, including event planning, volunteer engagement, exhibitor participation, sponsorship, and public attendance.
Policy Statement
The Marin Senior Fair does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, ancestry, language, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, military or veteran status, citizenship, immigration status, or any other characteristic protected under federal, California state, or local law.
We are committed to ensuring that all individuals—seniors, caregivers, families, exhibitors, volunteers, and community partners—are treated with dignity and respect.

- Any individual participating in or interacting with the Marin Senior Fair
Accessibility & Accommodation
The Marin Senior Fair is dedicated to providing full and equal access for individuals with disabilities. Upon request, we will make reasonable accommodations to ensure participation in all event activities, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California accessibility standards.
Prohibited Conduct
Discriminatory behavior, harassment, intimidation, or exclusionary practices by any participant or organization are strictly prohibited. This includes:
- Verbal, written, or physical harassment
- Denial of services or participation
- Display of discriminatory materials
- Any conduct that creates a hostile or unsafe environment
Reporting & Resolution
Any individual who believes they have experienced or witnessed discrimination or harassment at the Marin Senior Fair may report the concern to event organizers or designated staff. Please see event staff at the Fair Information Booth #160 to report incidents at the annual Marin Senior Fair. All reports will be reviewed promptly and addressed appropriately. Corrective actions may include warnings, removal from the event, or termination of exhibitor or volunteer participation.
