At the YMCA of Marin booth, seniors can explore a vibrant community focused on healthy aging, connection, and well-being. Learn about classes designed specifically for older adults, including aqua aerobics, senior strength training, chair yoga, and more—each tailored to support mobility, flexibility, and overall fitness.
We also offer specialized programs that focus on balance improvement and fall prevention, helping seniors stay steady, confident, and independent in their daily lives. Beyond fitness, the Marin Y is a place to connect—through group classes, social gatherings, and shared activities that make it easy to meet new people and build meaningful relationships.
Stop by for fun giveaways, prizes, and YMCA swag while chatting with our team about membership options. We’ll also share information about opportunities for eligible seniors to access memberships through participating health insurance plans.
