J&M Homecare Services, LLC is a licensed, full-service Home Care Organization providing personalized, non-medical in-home care throughout California’s Bay Area and Central Valley. Since 2001, we have supported seniors, individuals with disabilities, new mothers, veterans, and those recovering from illness or surgery in remaining safely and comfortably in their homes through compassionate, one-on-one care.
Our trained caregivers assist with Activities of Daily Living, including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, respite care, 24-hour care, hospice support, memory care, and hospital-to-home transitional services. We tailor every care plan to the individual’s needs, preferences, and goals, emphasizing dignity, independence, and quality of life.
J&M Homecare Services collaborates closely with families, healthcare providers, and community partners to improve outcomes and reduce hospital readmissions. With complimentary in-home assessments and relationships with numerous long-term care insurance providers, we make arranging care straightforward and stress-free.
