Marin Community Clinics’ booth will provide seniors, caregivers, and families with direct access to trusted, community-based healthcare resources, with a special focus on our Whole Family Care approach.
Our purpose is to show how caring for one individual can support the health of an entire family. At MCC, we go beyond treating a single patient—we ask, “Who else in your family can we help?” This approach ensures that seniors, their children, and even grandchildren can access coordinated, compassionate care under one system.
At our booth, attendees can learn about primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialty services designed to support healthy aging while also strengthening family well-being. We will highlight preventive care, chronic disease management (such as diabetes and hypertension), oral health, and mental health services—all integrated to improve outcomes across generations.
We will also share information about enabling services such as language interpretation, transportation, and care coordination—key resources that help remove barriers to care for patients and their families.
Ultimately, our booth will serve as a welcoming space where seniors feel supported, informed, and empowered—while discovering how MCC’s Whole Family Care model creates healthier families and stronger communities.
