PD-Connect is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people impacted by Parkinson’s through exercise, education, and community. At our booth, attendees can learn how our evidence-based, Parkinson’s-specific programs help support mobility, strength, balance, and overall well-being.
We offer a unique, fun, and inclusive approach that blends physical therapy principles with functional fitness, music, and cognitive engagement—designed for all levels and abilities. Our programs are donation-based because we believe cost should never be a barrier to care.
Stop by to explore our class offerings, including group exercise, one-on-one training, workshops, and support groups for both individuals with Parkinson’s and their care partners. We’ll also share information about our speaker series, online classes, and free exercise resources.
