AgeWell PACE's tabletop display will feature informational brochures and flyers regarding the organization and PACE program generally. AgeWell PACE is a healthcare plan alternate that is dedicated to supporting seniors age in place, at home, for as long as possible. Our services are highlighted by comprehensive medical care, transportation to all medical appointments, social services and a Day Center, as well as home care.

We will also have AgeWell PACE giveaways at our booth.
