SCORE was established in 1965 to recruit former business owners and C-Suite executives to mentor US small business owners. The Bay Area has 500 mentors but over 12,000 requests for help annually. We want to recruit new volunteers as well as advertise our availability to Marin's small business owners. Mentoring is free and without pre-established time limits. Our volunteers are from all areas of expertise, from "A.I. experts" with a decade of experience to retired owners, CEO, CFOs of multi-national businesses with thousands of employees. SCORE is the oldest and largest of the SBA resource partners and will accept businesses of up to 300 employees for mentoring.
