Sequoia Living is a Bay Area nonprofit dedicated to creating joyful living environments and providing services that enrich the lives of seniors. Since 1958, Sequoia Living has supported people of all economic backgrounds through communities and programs that foster connection and purpose.

Each year, more than 7,000 seniors are supported through a full continuum of offerings, including four life plan communities, three affordable housing communities, two San Francisco Senior Center locations, and community-based programs.

Residents at The Sequoias San Francisco, The Sequoias Portola Valley, Viamonte at Walnut Creek, and The Tamalpais Marin experience maintenance-free living, personalized support, and the opportunity to remain active and engaged each day.

Beyond our communities, Senior Services for Northern California (SSNC), Empowering Children Bay Area (ECBA), and intergenerational programs carry our mission into the broader community, strengthening connections across generations.
