Home Health

Home Health visiting nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, medical social workers, aides and other members of the multidisciplinary care team work closely with physicians to help homebound patients manage chronic conditions, recover from injury or surgery, or return home after a hospital stay.

Sutter Care at Home’s Novato location has been serving Marin County for over 25 years.

Sutter Infusion and Pharmacy Services (SIPS)

Pharmacists and specially trained nurses provide education and support for infusion therapies in the comfort of home. Services available include anti-infectives (antibiotics, antivirals, antifungals), total parenteral nutrition, enteral nutrition (tube feeding), immunoglobins, inotropes, hydration, factor products, biologics, pain management, chemotherapy and injectable medications.

Hospice

Hospice is a special way of caring for loved ones in their final stages of life. Highly personalized comfort care focuses on the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of the patient and their family members, including anticipatory grief support and bereavement counseling.
