PD-Connect is Marin's PREMIER and ONLY Parkinson's Disease specific nonprofit offering FREE exercise classes, support groups, and educational programs for all those living with Parkinson's and their families. We are an award winning nonprofit organization recognized nationally by numerous foundations and institutions for our innovative, engaging and EFFECTIVE exercise programs. PD-Connect has helped thousands of persons and families affected by Parkinson's disease to live their best life and feel supported throughout their journey. Our classes improve balance, posture, gait, agility, cognition, strength, aerobics and overall well being. We offer classes from stretching, to posture, to high intensity, to yoga, and even rock climbing! And more classes continue to be added!

Whether newly-diagnosed or living with Parkinson's for several years, whether from UCSF, or Kaiser, or Stanford, or Sutter Health, or MarinHealth, we are the resource for anyone with Parkinson's in Marin. PLUS, we operate solely on donations. Take as many classes as offered with absolutely NO membership fees. Come and join us!
