Booth Assignments

Booth assignments are made in the following priority order:

1. Sponsors have first choice of booth location in order of sponsorship level and the order that applications were received. Sponsorship priority is: Event Sponsors, then Platinum Sponsors, then Gold Sponsors.
2. Previous Exhibitors have next choice of booth location. Previous Exhibitors who apply before May 26 and choose their previous (2019) booth location are given that location if it is available. If not, then they will get their next location choice in the order that applications where received.
3. New exhibitors applying for a booth are given their booth choice in the order that applications were received.

Note that initial booth assignments are tentative. Booth assignments are not finalized until mid August.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment for your booth can be made by credit card or check. Invoices are provided on request.

Booth cancellations are refunded only if we find a replacement exhibitor for your booth. A $50 cancellation charge is deducted from all booth cancellations. Exhibitors who do not check in at the Exhibit Hall by 4:00 pm on setup day will forfeit their booth and booth payment.
